How can I check my balance?

If you have a Prezzee wallet, simply log in to your wallet and you can see your cards balance there.

If you don’t have a Prezzee wallet yet, go to the gift email you’ve received, click on the gift link, and check your card/s balance there.

 

Please note:

While the Prezzee smart eGift card will always show your current balance, some retailer/brand cards will require a manual balance check on the retailer’s website.
